DoWEA Announces State Winners for the Presidential AI Challenge
In April 2025, an executive order directed the establishment of the Presidential AI Challenge to expand artificial intelligence education for America’s youth. DoWEA is proud to recognize 2026 Presidential AI Challenge State Champion teams in nine DoWEA schools.
Far East Culinary Arts serves up competition
The 2026 Far East Culinary Arts Competition brought together 11 talented teams from Pacific West, Pacific East, and Pacific South districts and a local Japanese school.
Kadena High School boys soccer takes part in Ishigaki Soccer Tournament
Kadena High School boys soccer team becomes the first American team to ever compete in the Ishigaki Soccer Tournament, held Feb. 20–23, 2026.
Edgren, Guam claim top honors at 2026 Far East Esports Championship
The 2026 Far East Esports Championship concluded after two days of high‑energy competition, with six teams from across the Pacific battling for regional titles in Rocket League and Valorant Jan. 30–31, 2026 at Kadena Air Base.
